A contact is essential for you to send the message. One way to have the contacts is by using sign-up forms or web form. Through the forms, you get people to fill in some information and email addresses.
3. Confirmation emails can help.
When a person signs to your campaign, you may send a message for confirmation. The email should contain a link for subscription confirmation. This way, you know whether sending an email is possible. In case you get a hard bounce immediately, remove the email address from the contact list.
You would be frustrated when you keep getting bounced emails. However, through simple ways, you can reduce the email bounces significantly.
